Jay Shree Swaminarayan,
Dhanurmaas will start on Monday 16th December and end on Tuesday 14th January 2025 (Makar Sankranti day).
Please join us every Sunday morning during this month for dhun 👏🏼 between 8:30-9:30am 🎶. Dates are on the poster
During Dhanurmas, it is considered auspicious to perform good deeds early in the morning and so, dhuns and kirtans are usually sung🎵🥁. Also during this month, Shree Krushna Bhagwan also went to his guru – Sandipani Rushi, to receive his education📚. We commemorate this by waking Ghanshyam Maharaj up early and adorning the sinhasan to prepare him for school✏📖
As part of Dhanurmaas, we are planning to organise special ankutt on Sunday 12th January 2025 prepared by our yuvati mandal to display and thereafter consumption of prashad after morning sabha. Do not forget to get darshan of this day!
